Justice and Time

I did this drawing a couple of years ago....

I drew this when I was obsessed with how the justice system was so flawed (it hasn't really changed since, but I have come to accept it as a natural part of life) I drew the Balance the way it is suppose to be, not how it has become! It looked kinda lonesome though so I desided to put a weird clock thingy behind it.

In a way this is suppose to represent that Justice is suppose to remain unchanging.
